Compensation: $21-$22.00 plus 10% shift differential
2nd shift - Mon - Thur 3:00pm-1am

What You'll Do:
- Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including component installation, wiring, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions to complete work accurately.
- Set up and adjust assembly equipment and tools while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
- Follow established production processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards to meet operational targets.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors, communicate progress, and escalate technical issues or assembly discrepancies when needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in electronics assembly
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions on a screen/monitor involving precise procedures and some schematics/drawings.
- More high tech electro-mechanical manufacturing skills experience .
- Good communication skills

Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely
- Heaviest lift 32lbs
