- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events or appointments for staff members
- Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic financial record-keeping
- Assist with office management duties such as organizing files, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office environment is tidy and functional
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
