Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in York, PA. The Service Manager will oversee and manage service operations for industrial refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include coordinating service requests, scheduling and monitoring technician activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve operations. The role also involves providing leadership to a team of technicians and ensuring efficient delivery of projects and emergency services to meet client needs.
