We are a small business that values its highly qualified team members and are seeking a highly organized, motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Network Performance Manager.
The Network Performance Manager (NPM) is responsible for the quality and economic performances of the physician practices with the goal of developing a high performing provider network. This includes analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. The NPM will develop and sustain a strong day-to-day relationship with the physician and office staff to effectively implement the business solutions developed by the IPN leadership team. The NPM is accountable for overall performance and profitability for their assigned groups as well as ownership and oversight to provide redirection as appropriate and approved. The responsibilities of this position include capabilities in the following areas: strategic planning and analysis, understanding of HEDIS, Star ratings, accurate documentation and coding; highly developed communication skills; and the ability to develop clear action plans and drive process.
Requirements:This full-time hybrid position requires the candidate to have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred), three or more years’ experience(five or more years preferred) in a related medical field or health plan setting (network management, contracting and/or recruitment, or provider relations); strong working knowledge of Medicare health care operations including HEDIS, CMS reimbursement models, and Medicare Advantage; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent computer skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidate must be detail oriented, have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Candidate must also be willing to drive locally, have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
