Independent Options, LLC. is looking for qualified Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers, CNAs in LANCASTER COUNTY, PA who are motivated to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities (IDD) whom are residing in their own homes! HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver work directly with individuals based on their needs and prescribed services as outlined in their Individual Plan. This is to include, but not be limited to assisting or observing individuals as needed with:
a. Household care activities
b. Ambulating
c. Meal preparation and planning
d. Personal hygiene and other Activities of Daily Living
e. Processing money including budgeting and/or planning
f. Communicating and/or socializing
g. Health maintenance including assisting with medication administration
h. Relationship development
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
