Independent Living Services of Central Minnesota is hiring a Full-Time Designated Coordinator (DC) Float to join our team. We're looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and ready to support both the individuals we serve and the team around them.

You don't have to come from one specific career path to be successful in this role. If you have experience in human services, direct support, caregiving, mental health services, disability services, senior services, social services, or another related field, your experience may be a great fit.

What Is a DC Float?

The DC Float is a unique position that combines direct support and coordination responsibilities.

Some days you may work directly with individuals in the community. Other days you may assist with documentation or coordination responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes learning new things, and wants to grow professionally while continuing to work directly with people.

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist Designated Coordinators with required paperwork and documentation
  • Communicate with individuals and their teams as appropriate
  • Assist with coordination responsibilities and special projects

  • Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week based on position needs
  • Some scheduling flexibility available

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy helping people reach their goals
  • Are dependable and follow through on commitments
