The IIAT Advantage E&O Team, part of IIAT’s licensed insurance agency, specializes in the placement of professional liability and management lines. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Manager with a strong interest in sales and client relationship development. This role is ideal for someone who excels at supporting existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, extensive industry knowledge, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to represent our organization with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent agency or brokerage.
- Professional Lines lnsurance sales and service experience preferred.
- Active P&C License in good standing
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and CRM tools. (Experience with AMS 360 a plus)
- High School diploma required; some college or degree preferred
