Key Responsibilities:
- · Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- · Monitor and maintain heating, cooling, and water systems to ensure proper operation.
- · Respond to emergency maintenance calls and travel to sites as needed.
- · Remove snow and debris from sidewalks and driveways to maintain safe access.
- · Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services; evaluate work quality and compliance.
- · Develop detailed scopes of work for projects and assist in bid evaluation.
- · Prioritize and schedule work orders based on safety, location, materials, and time requirements.
