Responsibilities
- Work performed on site in Pittsfield MA or travel to clients in Berkshire County
- Serve as the first point of contact for all our customers via calls or in person
- Able to handle emergent calls swiftly and accurately
- Recognize and escalate issues timely and with exact information
- Record information timely and accurately in tickets or logs
- Communicate pertinent information to your peers which may include events, reminders, and general information
- Strive to resolve the request on first contact
Qualifications
- Minimum Education – High School Diploma or GED
- General IT/Computer knowledge preferred
- Basic problem-solving skills and detailed oriented
- Willingness to continue to learn
- Customer-centric team player, quality focus
- Abide by company and customers confidentiality/security protocols
- Must be able to sit for long periods during the eight-hour shift
