Sales Role

Independent Alarm is seeking an experienced Commercial Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and sell integrated security solutions for commercial and industrial clients, manage bids and site surveys, and build lasting client relationships.
Sales Role
- Expand and enhance services and project outcomes for existing electronic security customers under the Independent Alarm security business model.
- Generate new business through consultations with potential customers.
- Advise and consult with customers on the best products and services to meet their needs.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and determine appropriate products and services.
- Generate new customer leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations Team for successful project deployments and ongoing service.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build expertise.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in electronic security, or technology-based experience is a plus.
- Strong time management and scheduling skills.
- Ability to develop objectives and strategies and manage one’s own performance.
- Work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Philadelphia area
- Successful completion of a drug test and background check
- Base salary plus commission, compensation expectations all in $75,000 - $150,000 annually.
