Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end automobile sales by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and demonstrating value propositions
- Negotiate deals effectively to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to align vehicle availability with customer demand
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract potential buyers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving overall dealership performance
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold dealership standards in communication, phone etiquette, and presentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, negotiation, and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, high-end sales techniques, B2B sales strategies, and marketing principles is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and developing long-term client relationships
- Retail math skills for calculating deals, discounts, and profit margins accurately
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for test drives or client meetings outside the dealership premises
