· Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals tight and clean
· Stay sharp on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates
· Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and charisma
Requirements
· 2 years in mortgage lending or loan origination
· Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals
· Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance
· High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset
· Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
· Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast)
