Dental Hygienist | Full Time | Redmond OR
Compensation & Benefits:

Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking dental x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including taking dental x-rays and using CAD software
- Familiarity with dental office software such as Eaglesoft or Epic for patient record management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Ability to use aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection
- Experience with medical imaging equipment is a plus
