Our practice is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, versatile person, who is consistent and has the ability to build trust with patients of all ages. This position would be part time, 3 days per week. Tuesday-Thursday with opportunities for fill in days. Our ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment built on trust, collaboration, and integrity. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and know how to use their time efficiently. Hourly rate starts at $52-$60 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include Paid Time Off, Employee and Family Discount on services. Yearly Uniform allowance. 401 K retirement plan.
Days open are Mondays 8-4:30, Tuesday-Thursday 7-4, closed Fridays

Responsibilities
- Work independently as a provider while collaborating with Dr and other team members to provide comprehensive and excellent care to patients.
- Assess and plan appropriate dental hygiene care customized to each patients needs and communicate findings to the Dentist and the patient effectively.
- Provide accurate and concise patient record charting and information to allow the Dentist to determine the appropriate treatment plan for the patient.
- Commitment to keeping up to date on current training and latest technology.
- Adhere to confidentiality, State, Federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regard to patients’ records.
- Follow and demonstrate commitment to Lee Dental policies, professional expectations, clinical service excellence, and outstanding patient service.
Requirements:
- Dental Hygienist, 1 year (preferred)
- Eaglesoft Software (preferred), not required
- Registered Dental Hygiene licensure in Oregon is required.
Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
