Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventive maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls
- Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns
