Our growing home care organization is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee care quality, support caregivers, and ensure clients receive thoughtful, well-coordinated care in the home.
This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy mentoring caregivers, building relationships with families, and using their clinical judgment to guide care plans rather than performing high-volume bedside tasks.

Role Overview
The RN Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight for clients receiving non-medical home care services. You will conduct client assessments, monitor care quality, and support caregivers and families.
This role allows you to use your clinical expertise while maintaining a predictable schedule and manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct new client assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Perform scheduled client visits (weekly or bi-weekly)
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• Provide education and guidance to family caregivers
• Support and mentor CNA caregivers in the field
• Monitor client status and communicate with physicians when needed
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain high care standards
Qualifications
• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Experience in home care, hospice, case management, or community nursing preferred

Compensation
$90K to $100K Annually depending on experience
Mileage reimbursement provided
