Part-Time RN Clinical Supervisor – Flexible Schedule (Home Care) Northern Virginia

We are a growing home care organization seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, client assessments, and support to caregivers and families in the home.

This role is ideal for nurses who want to stay engaged in meaningful work while maintaining control over their schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled client visits (weekly / bi-weekly)
• Complete new client assessments and reassessments
• Oversee and update individualized care plans
• Provide guidance and reassurance to family caregivers
• Support and mentor CNA caregivers
• Communicate with physicians as needed

Qualifications

Compensation

$45–$55/hour depending on experience
Mileage reimbursement provided
