We are looking for an Amusement Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new customers and locations, while maintaining existing relationships for both current and future products.
- Assist the successful launch of new products and services into the market
- Support client relationships and assist in running on-site tournaments and events.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into active customers.
- Handle new commercial and consumer inquiries and opportunities.
- Assist with order processing data entry.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer concerns and issues.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic order entry/data tools.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed.
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industries is a plus.
