Job Description:
As a member of the Design Team, the Design & Pre-Construction Project Manager will focus on the responsibilities as related to the development, production, and turnover of construction documentation for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) information for Architectural & Natural Water Feature, Fountains and Pump Station projects. The goal will be to provide the necessary support to the Director of Design & Pre-Construction, as well as other members of the Design Team and Construction Team, and ensure each project is completed thoroughly and on time. This role requires an individual who maintains a high standard of excellence, solid communication, organizational skills, with attention to detail and is self-motivated and is able to multi-task. Maturity, reliability, and ability to work well under pressure is essential to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Complete Construction Document packages
- Maintain project files
- Ability to read Design/Construction Documents such as, addendum, RFI's, exhibits, etc.
- Assist with multiple projects concurrently
- Coordinating with other team members, architects, and engineers
- Prepare project start up and close-out documentation
- Material procurement
- Assist Project Manager in any other project management duties as needed
Benefits:
- $60,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications

Requirements:
- College Degree Required
- Experience in the construction industry preferred but not required
- Proficient with AutoCAD, and 3D Design Software (Revit, Soildworks, SketchUp, Etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are a MUST
- A willingness to learn
- A valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving history
- A Social Security Card
- Must pass BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST
- Authorized to work in United States
