Machine Operator (1st and 2nd Shift openings) - Entry-Level or Experienced

Charlton, MA | $20.00-$23.00 /hour (based on experience) plus a 10% differential for 2nd shift schedule

1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks.

We’re hiring Machine Operators to join our team. Stable Work History Required. This role is open to both entry-level candidates who want to learn and experienced operators looking for a steady, full-time schedule.

We’re looking for reliable team members who take pride in consistent attendance, attention to detail, and producing quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate production machines
• Handle and process small parts
• Check parts for quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Follow written instructions and basic blueprints
• Troubleshoot simple production issues as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines
  
  

Experience Level

We are open to:

• Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experienced machine operators with prior manufacturing experience

Requirements

Stable Work History

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• English reading, writing and speaking skills
• Reliable transportation to work set schedule
• Must be 18 and able to pass a background check and drug test
  
  

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting requiring standing, lifting, and use of safety equipment
