Role:
Manages and oversees the installation, repair and upkeep of the plant manufacturing assets. Implements plans and strategies focused on maintaining and improving equipment availability and asset care and cost stewardship. Responsible for departmental safety and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Environment, Health & Safety and ensuring safety best-in-class standards are achieved in the maintenance department.
- Responsible for staffing and managing the entire maintenance and E&I team.
- Provides technical expertise to on-site maintenance team and intervenes on critical fix-it issues.
- Defines and monitors relevant maintenance KPI's.
- Oversees planning and content of all appropriate repair, service and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage and implement preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Monitors and challenges expenses/Capex for maintenance activities and team, in line with INCOA guidelines and in collaboration with Project managers.
- Manage and the deployment and utilization Plant CMMS to execute daily maintenance.
- Work closely with Operations team to Interfaces with appropriate staff/managers, engineers, and outside contractors to review and/or develop renovation and new construction plans; coordinates communication with and work of outside contractors.
- Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

- Develop and execute any necessary departmental report (KPI’s, budget, technical)
