The Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including partnership development, managing the coaching team, oversight of program delivery, and customer service. In their role, the Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage programs with current partners and expand programs with new partnersHire, train and supervise coaches with successfully fulfilling goals and objectivesDevelop and manage coach schedules and submit timesheetsOversight of regional program equipment inventoryOversee the daily operation of youth sports programsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and top quality customer service skillsAdhere to all Inclyousion Sports policies, objectives, and rules.Qualifications:Excellent communication & organization skillsHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsPrior supervision experience preferredMaintains a high level of professionalism, patience, maturity, and dependability Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to class locations as neededEducation & Experience:Associates or Bachelors Degree preferredPrior experience working with and/or coaching children preferredPay & Benefits$50,000-$60,000 per year salaryBonus based on performanceFlexible scheduleOpportunity for advancementPaid time offDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
