Inclusive Logisitcs is seeking a Compliance and Warehouse Security Officer to oversee security procedures, protect company assets, and support complaince at our Foreign-Trade (FTZ) warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with CTPAT security guidelines and warehouse security procedures.
- Verify that FTZ warehouse operations follow applicable requirements and internal controls.
- Oversee facility security, access controls, and cargo protection.
- Train employees on safety, secuirty, and operating procedures, maintainig accurate trainign records.
- Support inventory managment, physical counts, reconciliations, and audits.
- Identify compliance gaps, document incidents, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Operate forklifts as needed, subject to required training an authorization.
- Maitain accurate and organized compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, security or warehouse operations supervison.
- Knowledge of CTPAT requirements and security procedures.
- Knowledge of FTZ warehouse compliance and operations.
- Experience in asset protection and fsacility security.
- Ability to condut employee training and maintain training records.
- Forklift operations experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control and auditing procedures.
- Strong organiztion skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
