Late Night Server (Friday & Saturday | 10PM–4AM)

We’re looking for a dependable, high-energy Late Night Server to own the floor during our busiest late-night hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently run service independently.
Schedule:
- Friday & Saturday
- 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the dining room during late-night service
- Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging guest experiences
- Take orders, run food, and maintain strong table awareness
- Handle the floor independently with confidence and urgency
- Close the restaurant at the end of service (cash handling, cleaning, resetting for next day)
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, personable, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Self-sufficient — able to run the floor solo when needed
- Reliable and punctual (late-night shifts are critical)
- Previous serving experience required (high-volume preferred)
- Comfortable with late-night crowd and environment
