This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven professional with deep knowledge of commercial flooring projects and a proven track record in sales or project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial flooring market.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on flooring installation options, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, epoxy, and resinous materials.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, bidding, account management, or project management within commercial flooring service and construction and installation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products (carpet, resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy).
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Industry-leading compensation: $100K–$350K (No cap on experience).
