We are seeking an experienced CEO for Physician Practices to lead a large, multi-specialty network of 50–60 primary care and specialty care practices. Your strategic vision will guide system-wide growth, operational performance, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over all physician practice operations, driving performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support practice growth, acquisitions, and new market expansions.
• Represent the organization with external partners and lead integration efforts for newly acquired practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply innovative solutions to enhance quality, workflows, and patient experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in Health Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership in physician practice operations.
• Must have experience working within the New Jersey healthcare market, with strong knowledge of regional dynamics and physician landscape.
• Experience overseeing 20 physicians and managing large, multi-site practice groups.
• Proven ability to lead organizations through growth, acquisitions, and practice integration.
• Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage physicians, staff, and key stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solver with a forward-thinking, innovative mindset.
