Position Overview

This role combines physical robot operation. You will:

• Teach robots manipulation skills
• Generate high-quality motion and grasping datasets
• Provide feedback to engineering and AI teams
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate robotic systems to perform pick-and-place tasks
• Demonstrate correct grasping techniques across a wide variety of SKUs
• Capture edge cases and failure scenarios intentionally for model improvement
• Execute repeatable motion sequences to ensure high-quality training data
• Follow established safety procedures in active robotic cells
  
  

Day to Day work

You will be working on teaching a robot how to pick things up from one bin and put them into another bin. You will be working with a device that can pick things up with either suction or grippers that is trigger controlled. The task is very repetitive on average you will be moving things from bin to bin between 2,000-5,000 times per day. This work is very simple, but can be tiring because of it’s repetitive nature. You won’t be lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured tasks precisely
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational skills
