Director of Nursing & Clinical Services

Worksite location: Quincy or Taunton, MA | $140,000–$160,000

An established, growing multi-site primary care and integrated behavioral health servics organization is seeking a Director of Nursing & Clinical Services to lead nursing and clinical support operations across multiple locations.

This leader will oversee Nurse Managers, Lead Nurses, RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead nursing operations across multiple outpatient sites
• Develop and mentor nursing leaders and clinical staff
• Improve clinical workflows, staffing, and patient access initiatives
• Oversee infection control, onboarding, and clinical training programs
• Partner with physicians and senior leadership to enhance patient care and quality outcomes
• Provide hands-on nursing support when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• 8 years of clinical nursing experience
• 5 years of nursing leadership experience
• Background in primary care, ambulatory care, community health, or outpatient settings preferred
• Experience leading large, multi-site clinical teams
