Position Overview
Department: Information Technology / Enterprise Support
- Focus: High-priority end-user satisfaction, discrete VIP service, and seamless technology operations.
- Deliver premium, priority technical assistance to C-suite executives, board members, and senior leaders.
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk tickets, remote diagnostics, and deskside troubleshooting for Windows and macOS environments.
- Setup, test, and actively support hybrid meetings, video conferencing, audio/visual systems, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Handle secure device provisioning, custom laptop imaging, mobile device management (iOS/Android), and asset inventory tracking.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of corporate IT support, with documented experience delivering white-glove deskside services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Active Directory / Azure AD, and standard VPN/remote support tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, absolute discretion with confidential data, patience, and a polished interpersonal presence.
