Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Manage month-end close processes, including expense reviews and financial statement preparation.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional development.
• Coordinate annual financial audits with external auditors.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial laws.
  
  
  

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 10 years of accounting experience, including 5 years in management.
