Position: UX Researcher
Compensation: $40 - 50 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct user research for digital products
- Plan, execute, and summarize stakeholder interviews
- Develop usability test plans and lead test sessions
- Create stakeholder interview guides and workshops
- Collaborate with product managers and designers
- Work with remote and in-person stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4 years of user research experience
- 2 years of stakeholder interview experience
- 2 years of usability testing experience
- Experience with digital product research
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Enterprise or Business Portals
- Familiarity with Restaurant Operations
- Experience with Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in tools like Figjam and Dovetail
