Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) is hiring a UX Researcher to help us validate, capture, and communicate key insights that make our products great.
As part of the HCE UX team, you will work with technologists, product managers, designers, and information architects, to translate ethnographically informed insights into product improvements, innovations, and new offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Join the team that’s blazing the trail for HCE’s emerging Forge family of applications
- Use research and collaborative methods to shape user experience across multiple, fascinating industrial domains
- Plan and conduct a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research activities to inform the product design – including user & stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiry, surveys, user journey maps, personas, and usability testing.

- Plan and facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration workshops
- Assist with recruiting and scheduling participants, and other operational tasks in support of research and testing studies
- Capture and communicate outcomes through clearly written documentation, and present findings to stakeholders
- Contribute and maintain content for our internal playbook and other materials
