Senior Unified Communications Engineer

Compensation: $100-$120k

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Position: Senior Unified Communications Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join their team!

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position where your work directly contributes to improving organizational performance, enhancing collaboration experiences, and supporting mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and improve Unified Communications systems—including phones, call control, contact center, messaging, collaboration tools, and voice/video services.

• Troubleshoot UC issues and perform regular maintenance and upgrades.

• Work with users, vendors, and technical teams to implement and optimize UC solutions.

• Review UC systems for security and stay current on telecom technologies.

• Research and recommend new tools or systems to improve collaboration and reduce costs.

• Create documentation, runbooks, and performance reports.

• Manage telecom inventory and handle moves, adds, and changes; train others as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of experience in telecom operations, VoIP, and voicemail systems.

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks as they relate to UC systems.

• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License with acceptable MVR.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with enterprise-level collaboration platforms and modern UC ecosystems.

• Hands-on knowledge of contact center technologies and workflows.

• Prior experience working in government, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
