Position: Data Analyst
Compensation: $34 - $38 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineers for seamless data integration
- Gather and analyze data requirements from stakeholders
- Utilize data modeling techniques to enhance reporting
- Communicate complex data concepts effectively
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in requirement gathering and data storytelling
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems
- Experience with marketing data analysis
- Understanding of AI and Co-Pilot functionalities
