Position: Helpdesk Support
Compensation: $27 - $27/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as first contact for technical assistance via phone or email
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC and network issues
- Support Microsoft operating systems and applications
- Communicate effectively on ticket status and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to standardize processes
- Create tickets and record progress on incidents
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources
- Perform system installation and configuration
- Document commonly encountered issues
- Ensure compliance with team metrics
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or related field
- 1-2 years help desk support experience in a corporate environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with VPNs and MFA remote access
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and networking technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide after-hours support
- Understanding of IT security concepts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with managed services technology provider
- Prior experience with ITSM systems
- Experience with enterprise end-point management platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL principles
- A or Microsoft certifications
