Position: Financial Advisor
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus commission
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans
- Provide advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and wealth management
- Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life changes
- Educate clients on financial products and strategies in a clear, actionable way
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
- Maintain detailed client records and financial plans
- Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant licenses such as Series 65, Series 7/66, and/or Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and planning concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated with strong sales and relationship-building abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in working with school districts
- Additional financial certifications
- Strong networking skills
