Position: Data Entry Specialist
Compensation: $ 19 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-focused work and keeping information accurate and organized. You’ll support a backlog of provider contracts, helping ensure records are reviewed, corrected, and processed efficiently. It’s an excellent chance to step into a fast-moving environment where your accuracy and consistency will make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review provider contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Process contract information in the system
- Work through a high-volume backlog efficiently
- Verify data entries against source documents
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Support standard office hours onsite
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to review information for errors
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to process information efficiently
- Must be able to work onsite in Oklahoma City
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior contract review experience
- Previous administrative or clerical support experience
- Experience handling high-volume documentation
- Familiarity with data processing systems
