Position: Corporate Finance Analyst
Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform variance analysis on liquidity and cash flows
- Maintain and improve financial forecasting models
- Support weekly cash flow forecasts with cross-functional teams
- Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- Prepare lender deliverables and compliance certificates
- Track compliance with credit agreement requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in reporting
- Collaborate with accounting for financial alignment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 1–5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills
- Willingness to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in oil & gas transactions
- Understanding of structured finance instruments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
