Position: Business Development Manager
Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas (Remote)

Are you ready to drive market growth and strategic customer acquisition in the Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) sector? This exciting opportunity focuses on expanding the company's footprint by promoting core service offerings such as SCADA, PLC/RTU automation, and E&I construction and maintenance. You'll play a key role in positioning the company as a leader in I&E solutions for midstream, upstream, and energy infrastructure clients. Join a dynamic team and take your career to new heights!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in I&E sector
- Promote and sell core I&E services
- Establish relationships with key industry clients
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with teams to scope projects and align with customer needs
- Track market trends and recommend strategic actions
- Maintain detailed activity within CRM systems
- Represent company at trade shows and networking events
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6 years of business development experience in I&E services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to develop client relationships in I&E industry
- Deep understanding of electrical, controls, and instrumentation scopes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities under pressure
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Experience in energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure markets
- Knowledge of midstream operations
- Understanding of SCADA and control system integration
- Experience with automation solutions
