Position: AV Technician
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform service calls and system diagnostics on AV systems
- Provide technical support for integrated AV solutions
- Assist with equipment setup and testing during downtime
- Interpret schematics and technical documentation for troubleshooting
- Maintain records of service activities and client interactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members for timely project completion
- Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- CTS certification required
- Q-SYS Level 1 certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the audio-visual industry
- Strong familiarity with AV networking, especially Netgear systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in both service and installation roles
- Knowledge of emerging AV technologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
