Applicants may be required to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Enforces rules and maintains order while recreational activities are in session.
- Maintains and supervises the use of recreational facilities such as all courts, fields and gyms. Issues equipment, locks and unlocks doors and gates
- Maintain and repairs equipment used at a recreational facility
- Maintain records and prepare simple reports.

To qualify for seasonal positions, applicants must be:
Village of Hempstead residents between 16-21 years of age
