As a Partner Channel Manager, you will build Inbolt’s partner channel from the ground up in North America. While a handful of early partners are signed and onboarded, most of the program is still ahead of you: this is a builder role covering everything from partner recruitment to relationship management and enablement. You will be the key interface between Inbolt and its channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to successfully sell and deploy our robotic vision solutions. This role provides full ownership over the channel strategy and has a direct influence on Inbolt’s growth in North America.

🎯 Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new system integrators aligned with Inbolt’s target markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring they remain equipped and motivated to sell and deploy Inbolt’s solutions.
- Build and refine the partner program itself, onboarding processes, tiering, incentives, and governance , as the channel scales.
- Develop and deliver training, sales collateral, and technical resources that help partners sell and support Inbolt effectively.
- Monitor channel performance metrics and propose strategies to improve results.
- Document all partner interactions in the CRM to inform future improvements.
- Prepare presentations and materials for partner meetings and pitches.
- Represent Inbolt at trade shows and industry events across North America to recruit new partners and support existing ones.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align channel strategy and enhance partner experience.

🔎 Preferred Experience
- 5 years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or a related sales role — ideally in robotics, computer vision, machine building, or advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly growing a partner channel from an early stage.
- Proven track record with successful partner-driven sales.
- Personal network with Fanuc and/or Universal Robots system integrators in North America is a strong asset.
- Strong background in manufacturing, 3D vision, computer vision, robotics, and/or industrial automation.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving startup environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (50% ) across North America.
