Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rehab/Med-Surg
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
Contract: 8 Weeks | Start Date: 3/9
Schedule: Every other weekend & holidays required | No block scheduling
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in Rehab and Medical-Surgical units
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Perform wound care, catheter care, and basic IV therapy per scope of practice
Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily activities
Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Requirements:
Active LPN license
Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience
BLS certification required
Rehab or Med-Surg experience preferred
Salary : $40 - $42
