Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Louisville, CO (HYBRID)
Duration: 6 months contract
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing strategy for Marketing Services categories:
- Creative agencies
- Media buying
- Digital and production services
- Manage RFP processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to align procurement with campaign goals
- Drive cost savings while maintaining brand quality and execution
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Support spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations
Required Experience
- 7 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Direct experience supporting marketing services or agency spend
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Experience
- CPG, food and beverage, or consumer brand experience
- Experience in large, multi-brand organizations
- Familiarity with procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, SAP)
Salary : $40 - $47
