Commercial Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies on site
- Manage day-to-day construction operations and project schedules
- Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and quality control (QA/QC)
- Maintain site documentation (daily logs, reports, inspections, etc.)
- Coordinate with project managers, design team, and clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Lead site meetings and drive project progress to meet deadlines
- Support training of junior staff and field personnel
Requirements:
- 10 years of construction experience
- GroundUP (K12/hospital)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- NPDES Level 1A (Blue Card) and First Aid/CPR preferred
- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering (preferred, not required)
Work Environment:
- Active construction site with physical demands (climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., outdoor conditions)
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
