Job Title: Platform Engineer/System Engineer

Job Summary:
Seeking a Platform Engineer to assess, document, and modernize the company’s IT infrastructure, including 51 on-premises servers, SQL Server databases, enterprise applications, integrations, and Azure cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess server infrastructure, identify consolidation opportunities, and evaluate end-of-life risks.
- Inventory business-critical applications, databases, integrations, system owners, and dependencies.
- Evaluate the integration landscape across Teamcenter, Epicor, Salesforce, Snowflake, Boomi, and manufacturing applications.
- Develop a modernization roadmap covering on-premises retention, Azure migration, SaaS adoption, and application retirement.
- Identify undocumented integrations, operational risks, and key-person dependencies.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
