Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of CPG category management, customer insights, sales strategy, or retail analytics experience.
- Hands-on planogram, space planning, shelving, or assortment experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Circana, Nielsen, POS, panel, loyalty-card, or similar retail data.
- Food, beverage, dairy, grocery, or other high-velocity CPG experience preferred.
- Target account/category experience is a plus.
