We're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager with 2 years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Estimate project costs and prepare bids
✔ Manage roofing projects from pre-bid to completion
✔ Review blueprints and project plans
✔ Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and contractors
✔ Build client relationships and support business development
Requirements:
✅ 2 years of commercial roofing estimating experience (required)
✅ Strong estimating, project management, and analytical skills
✅ Ability to read blueprints and prepare cost estimates
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
⭐ Spanish bilingual is a plus
