Job Title: Commercial Roofing Estimator

Location: Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: $70K–$90K

Relocation: Available


Requirements:

• 5 years commercial roofing estimating

• TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings & sheet metal

• Blueprint/roof plan reading & material takeoffs

• PlanSwift, The EDGE, or similar

• Strong Excel & communication skills

• NM/Albuquerque market knowledge preferred

• Spanish bilingual is a plus
