Job Title: Quality Control Technician (3rd Shift)
Location: Hebron, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Third Shift | 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections and testing of parts at the beginning and throughout the shift according to job requirements.
Accurately record measurements and data into BPCS.
Verify that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Conduct in-process inspections of molded parts as outlined in quality control plans.
Maintain startup shots and follow non-conformance procedures as needed.
Communicate effectively with team leads and technicians regarding quality issues.
Perform quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; report unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 years of job-related experience (Quality Control, Manufacturing, or related).
Injection molding experience preferred.
Ability to lift items from 1–30 lbs.
Strong math skills for weighing, scaling, and measuring.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, smart scope, scales, fixtures).
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
